Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor curriculum delivery, lesson plans and assessments.

• Mentor teachers through classroom observation, feedback and coaching.

• Design teacher induction, training and continuous professional development.

• Maintain academic calendars, student progress systems and quality standards.

• Support faculty recruitment, onboarding and performance development.

• Promote experiential learning, inclusive practices and appropriate educational technology.

• Support parent-teacher communication and resolve academic concerns.

• Partner with leadership to create academic SOPs and enrichment programmes.

Candidate Profile

• 5–9 years of school teaching, academic coordination or education leadership experience.

• Strong CBSE curriculum and assessment knowledge.

• B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred; postgraduate study advantageous.

• Proven teacher mentoring, academic planning and communication skills.

Compensation & Application

Best-in-industry fixed salary based on experience. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
