Job Description
PSYCHOLOGIST
As a Psychologist, you will work closely with our counselling and education teams to provide career counselling, psychological assessments, and guidance to students and parents. You will play a key role in helping students understand their strengths, interests, abilities, and career options while working closely with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
This role provides an opportunity to work in the field of educational and career counselling, conduct counselling sessions and assessments, engage with students and parents, and contribute to school-based counselling programs and career guidance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with students and provide appropriate guidance based on their interests, abilities, strengths, and career goals.
Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents and address their academic, career, and related concerns within the scope of professional expertise.
Administer and support the interpretation of psychometric, aptitude, personality, interest, and career assessment tools as applicable.
Prepare comprehensive counselling and assessment reports and communicate relevant findings to students and parents.
Conduct career counselling sessions and assessment programs in schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Coordinate with partner schools and educational institutions to plan and execute counselling programs.
Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, career guidance sessions, and student awareness programs.
Interact with school representatives, educators, students, and parents to understand requirements and ensure smooth execution of counselling programs.
Provide appropriate follow-up and guidance to students after counselling and assessment sessions.
Handle student and parent queries related to counselling, assessments, career options, and academic pathways.
Maintain accurate counselling records, assessment reports, student documentation, and session trackers.
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards while handling student and parent information.
Contribute to the development of psychology, career guidance, counselling, and student awareness content.
Stay updated with developments in psychology, career counselling, psychometric assessments, education, and emerging career pathways.
Collaborate with internal counselling, operations, and academic teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Identify cases that require additional support and escalate or refer them appropriately when necessary.
Support research, process improvement, and other psychology and counselling-related initiatives.
Perform other psychology, counselling, and student-support responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a related field.
Relevant experience in career counselling, educational psychology, student counselling, or psychometric assessment is preferred.
Strong interest and understanding of educational psychology and career counselling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional communication with students, parents, educators, and school representatives.
Good understanding of psychological and career assessment tools.
Strong counselling, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct presentations, seminars, workshops, and webinars confidently.
Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel to schools and educational institutions across Mumbai whenever required.
Ability to manage multiple counselling sessions, clients, and responsibilities effectively.

Eligibility
Master's in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Applied Psychology or a related field.
Relevant counselling or psychology experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong counselling and communication skills may also be considered.
Program Details
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time Program)
Completion Benefit: ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) payable upon successful completion of the mandatory tenure, subject to satisfactory performance and Company policies.
Certification: International Program Certificate upon successful completion.
