HR EXECUTIVE

Position: HR Executive
Location: Borivali East, Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Program Duration: 6 Months

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to join our Human Resources team as part of a structured 6-month hybrid program. The role involves supporting and managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, and counselling session management.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with candidates and employees, capable of handling multiple HR activities independently, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
  • Prepare and publish job postings across relevant platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate offer, selection, and joining processes.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate employee and intern onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Ensure completion and maintenance of employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist with attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.
  • Coordinate with employees and internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Employee Engagement & Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Address routine employee queries and coordinate with the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Support internal communication and HR initiatives.
  • Help foster a professional and positive employee experience.

Counselling & Daily Coordination

  • Manage and align daily counselling sessions and schedules.
  • Coordinate between counsellors, employees/interns, candidates, and relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain appropriate records and trackers related to counselling activities.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling and timely follow-ups.

HR Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, trackers, and operational updates.
  • Maintain recruitment and employee-related dashboards and databases.
  • Assist in developing and improving HR processes and documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee and candidate information.
  • Support HR projects and process improvements as required.
  • Take ownership of additional HR responsibilities assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or practical experience in HR/recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Professional approach toward handling confidential information.
  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR/recruitment agencies, staffing firms, consultants, and external hiring partners to support ongoing recruitment requirements.
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future positions.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding job requirements, candidate profiles, interview schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Evaluate and identify effective candidate-sourcing channels based on hiring requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and hiring trackers with accurate and timely updates.
  • Drive regular follow-ups with candidates and recruitment partners to ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Support the HR team in improving recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and hiring processes.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE & STIPEND

  • Program Duration: 6 Months
  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • Nature of Program: Full-Time
  • Stipend During 6-Month Program: Unpaid
  • Completion Stipend: ₹1,00,000 upon successful completion of the 6-month program, subject to the applicable program terms and successful fulfillment of requirements.
