Position: HR Intern
Location: Borivali East, Mumbai

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a structured 6-month hybrid program. This opportunity is designed for candidates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience in managing people-related processes in a professional and fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, HR, and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, employee records, and HR trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
- Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and HR initiatives.
- Handle routine employee queries and coordinate with the HR team for resolution.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, trackers, and documentation.
- Help coordinate and manage daily counselling sessions and related schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling employee and candidate information.
- Support HR projects, process improvements, and other HR activities as required.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the HR team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, professional networks, and other relevant recruitment platforms.
- Reach out to and coordinate with HR/recruitment agencies and external hiring partners for candidate sourcing and recruitment requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
- Maintain recruitment databases and trackers with candidate details, application status, follow-ups, and interview progress.
- Follow up with candidates and external recruitment partners to ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.
- Assist in identifying new recruitment channels and sourcing strategies to improve the quality and volume of candidate applications.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE & STIPEND
- Program Duration: 6 Months
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Nature of Program: Full-Time
- Stipend During 6-Month Program: Unpaid
- Completion Stipend: ₹1,00,000 upon successful completion of the 6-month program, subject to the applicable program terms and successful fulfillment of requirements.
