Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sr. Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential customers via phone, effectively presenting our products, and closing sales. The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outgoing calls to prospective clientss to introduce and promote our products/services.
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent client service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Graduate , bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
Minimum 2 year of Telemarketing or Telesales experience
Proficiency in English is essential.
Expertise in using LinkedIn is an added advantage.
