We are looking for candidates based in Mumbai or outside Mumbai who are ready to relocate .

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Psychologist to conduct Brainwonders Counselling centers in schools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and experience working with school administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with school principals, decision-makers, and educators.

- Conduct presentations and workshops to showcase the benefits of Brainwonders Counselling services.

- Address queries and concerns, highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students' academic and personal growth

- Identify potential partner schools and develop strategic partnerships

- Collaborate with school staff to integrate Brainwonders services into their curriculum and programs

- Provide training and support for school staff on Brainwonders services implementation

- Conducting counseling sessions of the clients utilizing the diverse assignments and services offered by Brainwonders.

- Monitor progress, collect feedback, and optimize the outreach strategy

Requirements:

- Master's/Ph.D. in Psychology or related field

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Experience working in education or a related field

- Strong understanding of Brainwonders services and implementation

- Ability to travel to schools and conduct meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in marketing, or business development

- Familiarity with the education industry and school administrative structures

- Proven track record of successful partnerships or sales
