                                                       Sales Development Representative (M/F)


What kind of candidate are we looking for?

The Sales Development Representative will work directly with the VP of Sales to move forward strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
  • Develop and execute a customer acquisition plan for targeted verticals
  • Qualify prospects brought in by inbound marketing efforts
  • Quickly identify needs of new leads from an initial call & convey Sociabble’s value proposition
  • Conduct outbound prospection using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Previous client facing experience preferred
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Highly resourceful with strong organizational & client service skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Sales experience a plus

Required Experience:

  • 3-4 years of previous client facing experience preferred in an agency role, sales role, and digital marketing consultant role
  • Expressed interest in social media channels from a brand perspective (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Able to create written and visual content that clearly communicates a message
  • Hunger for success is a MUST!
