Job Description

We are now looking for a tenacious Marketing Manager to join our client-embedded on-site team, working closely with the Gaming Partnership Marketing teams at one of the world's most well-known tech companies. 

You will support marketing events in North America across both Gaming Developer and Creator business lines.  Owning all the logistics, agency coordination, budget tracking, internal tech set up (working with internal IT orgs), partner invites etc. this will be a very tactical / executional role.

You’ll be passionate about organizing virtual and face to face events and activations to drive awareness, education and adoption of the company’s products and platforms and be responsible for coordination, logistics and execution for events and activations targeting the North American gaming developer and creator audiences.


What you’ll do

  • Partner with audience marketing leads to organize, design and execute virtual and face-to-face events and activations to educate partners and drive adoption of the developer/creator products & platforms.

  • Own end to end logistics for events & activations - partnering closely with internal cross-functional teams Partnerships, Marketing, Policy, PR/Comms, Legal, Product, Engineering, Design, IT, as well as external partners and agencies.

  • Manage invoices and track operating expenses to ensure events come in on budget.

  • Work closely with Games Partnerships to correctly target and engage partner portfolios (developer and creator).  Managing contact / shipping information as needed.  

  • Own and execute partner facing communications related to events (e.g. email invites, blogs, splash pages etc), as well as internal communication and content creation with cross functional stakeholders

  • Improve partner sentiment (NPS) through events and activations that address partner pain points and communicate the vision and value of the respective products and platforms. 

  • Be able to deliver on a clear vision to show meaningful value of the businesses products & services to the gaming ecosystem.

  • Create compelling, integrated content and event activations for the North American region: adapting audience narratives, messaging, presentations, collateral, videos, pitch decks as needed.

  • Onboard and manage external agencies and partners - ensuring technical integrations and associated logistics are operating as needed.

  • Work with audience marketing leads and analytics team to summarize results, key learnings and business impact(s) of events and activations

What you’ll bring: 

  • Experience owning and executing virtual and face to face events and activations.

  • Strong project management experience - ability to manage internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners in parallel.  

  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.  

  • Ability to manage event budgets and prioritize based on business outcomes. 

  • Passionate about helping the gaming community.
