Job Description

Are you a hands-on and driven Project Manager ready to shape Service Excellence globally?
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Digital Services team at Brainlab within the Global Service & Support division at Brainlab. In this role, you will lead process improvements and digitalization initiatives end-to-end, with a strong focus on process mining using Celonis. From identifying improvement opportunities to driving implementation, you will play a key role in building scalable, high-performing service and related processes that directly improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead digitalization and process optimization projects end-to-end, from concept to implementation
  • Process Mining & Insight Generation: Leverage Celonis to identify process inefficiencies, derive insights and turn them into actionable initiatives with measurable impact
  • Process Design & Improvement: Develop and implement scalable, standardized and efficient processes with a focus on the global value chain and customer experience
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key interface between internal and external cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, transparency and smooth delivery
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Apply best practices, leverage new technologies and drive ongoing optimization of processes
  • Change Enablement: Support the adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring sustainable adoption across regions

Qualifications

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in project and process management
  • Good knowledge of SAP ERP and Salesforce is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to collaborate with international and interdisciplinary teams
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and drive future-proof solutions
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics and effectively present to senior management
