Job Description

For our growing Strategic Marketing & Digital team we are looking for a Junior Project Manager Events. In this role you are highly interested in branding and corporate events and continuously strive to develop them further. You love project management within interdisciplinary teams, to juggle several projects simultaneously and across different hierarchies. Your tasks include:

  • Implement event concepts which support Brainlab strategic business goals
  • Execute and support live, hybrid and virtual events within scope and schedule
  • Support in managing of vendors and service partners contributing to events
  • Coordinating internal and external event project tasks, responsibilities and deadlines
  • Initiate and oversee attendee management for assigned events
  • Initiate communication measures (internal and external) in close cooperation with the Communication and PR department, incl. press, social media, etc.
  • Coordinate overall event branding in close collaboration with the Brand & Design team
  • Create and uphold a smooth communication workflow between stakeholders
  • Creating event evaluation and review reports
  • Research new suppliers, contacts & venues and offer proactive ideas

Qualifications

  • Fluent German and English skills (written & oral)
  • First professional experience in Event Management
  • Bachelor´s degree or apprenticeship in event management, marketing or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & persuasion skills, social competency
  • Proactive, result-driven, enthusiastic and able to suggest new ideas and solutions
  • Experience in organizing virtual events, webinars, live events and hybrid events ideally in international projects with budget and timeline responsibility is an absolute plus
  • Ability to quickly grasp new contexts and get familiar with new tools
  • Result-oriented, well-organized, detail-minded and clearly structured working style
  • Confidence in dealing with decision-makers at C-Level
