Job Description

The Quality Management department is looking for a QM Associate – Quality System to join them. With your open nature and excellent communication skills, you will contribute in the continuous improvement and consistent implementation of our Quality System.

As member of our QM department your duties will include to

  • review, maintain and release internal procedures
  • support Brainlab internal divisions worldwide in QM related topics
  • perform internal quality audits and follow up action items and CAPAs
  • support external audits of Brainlab by authorities (such as FDA and Notified Bodies) as well as implementation and follow up of action items and CAPAs
  • educate employees in quality matters e.g. QM/GMP training
  • be responsible for internal QM improvement/process projects with interfaces to R&D, Design Controls, Regulatory Affairs, such as
    • Process CAPAs and Compliance topics
    • Improvements of Standards Management process
    • Extension of scope of Localization

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or life sciences preferred, but other degrees may be considered
  • Knowledge in ISO 13485 and similar is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and abstract thinking skills
  • Very good communication and documentation skills
  • Very good English skills - written and verbal communication, including presentation skills
  • Solution orientation and a structured nature
  • Persistence
  • Good MS Office knowledge
