Job Description

  • Planning and Implementation of medium to complex IT configurations of Brainlab products and integrations to our customers’ infrastructures in Digital O.R. projects and beyond
  • Technical Sales Support for projects with related requests
  • Demonstrate ownership, Brainlab face to external partners in domain
  • Evaluation of new “not-done-before” configurations and integrations
  • Close cooperation with 3rd party vendors’ technical contacts and customers (IT, PACS & HIS administrators, project managers, clinical users, etc)
  • Technical Documentation of the resulting configurations
  • Support of installations, troubleshooting and complaint investigation, technical training of regional colleagues

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in information technologies, or comparable relevant education in PACS and HIS configuration environments, preferably a few years of relevant work experience
  • General IT savvy and intermediate experience in Powershell, Python, HL7, FHIR, Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Configuration, Certificate Management,
  • Technical understanding combined with interpersonal and administrational capabilities
  • Project mindset: taking ownership and driving progress, clear communication to various stakeholders, appropriate use of escalation
  • Profound English skills (additional language skills are a benefit, German is preferred)
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
  • Preferably experiences in projects within the medical hospital environment
  • Bonus skills are experience with Cybersecurity, Amazon AWS, Wireshark, DICOM tools
