Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager for our Radiation Oncology Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and articulate our market segment and product strategies. Integrated within a team of product managers, you will be responsible for global business results for your assigned Image-Guided Radiotherapy product ExacTrac Dynamic. You will also be responsible for internal sales trainings and technical customer presentations. For this position, you will be located at our Brainlab HQ in Munich.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Identify market and technology trends and opportunities relevant for assigned products
  • Analyze competitor activities, customer feedback, utilization of own product and develop action plan with global scope
  • Develop product briefing including target groups, positioning, features, benefits, and unique selling propositions – to be substantiated with clinical evidence (supported by Clinical Marketing)
  • Define global rollout strategy and manage implementation of product launches
  • Develop product storyline and marketing collateral via presentations, messaging, technical specifications, and workflow videos
  • Develop and deliver training for sales, regional marketing, and distributors
  • Support sales force by answering technical and clinical questions
  • Support marketing activities at tradeshows and on-site visits, and establish relationships with key opinion leaders and customers
  • Support physical and virtual inhouse visits at headquarters with technical product demos and in-depth discussions with customers

Qualifications

  • University degree either in business administration or engineering / natural science
  • Professional experience, preferably in medical or high-tech industries, ideally in the radiotherapy domain
  • An analytical, decisive, and committed personality with an outgoing nature and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and communications skills together with solid project management and stakeholder management ability
  • Passion for technical products and technological advancements
  • Business fluency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
  • A willingness to travel 20% of the time
