We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing Product Team at VisionTree.  Responsibilities include learning our product offering and being a key role of designing the UI/UX.  Also, helping with the full product development process and user testing.

• Designing enterprise-class user interfaces
• Help manage our product backlog
• Manage projects by collecting requirements, creating epics and user stories, and adding them to our ticketing system
• Collaborating with our development team, our customers, and our customer success team
• Identifying and documenting user’s underlying needs
• Wireframing
• User Testing
• Prototype high-fidelity user interfaces

• 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX or college equivalent
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Experience with Adobe XD
• Graphic design experience
• Experience with a ticketing system
• Experience with Balsamiq Wireframes
• A growth mindset
