IT Support Technician

3-6 month contract to hire

$25/hr ($50k)

Provides technical and operational support at all levels for the computer systems through the Service Desk. Provide first and second level support to users from tickets put into the Service desk. Perform maintenance and upkeep tasks on workstations.

 Skills

-         Office 365 Support

·         5 years of experience supporting IT

·         Windows Active Directory (Windows 2008/2012)

·         DNS/DHCP/LDAP/SSL/Exchange

·         Experience with Dynamics Great Plains, Project Accounting, or CRM are big pluses!
