Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Account Manager to join our fast-paced marketing agency, to shape the future of healthcare by helping digital health companies get to market.

  • 6-8+ years of full-time b2b tech or health science account management and marketing experience, preferably in an agency-setting
  • Strong project management, copywriting, and communication skills
  • Proficient with project management applications
  • An eye for detail
  • A passion for marketing
  • Strong client-facing experience and comfort in managing executives
  • Experience with, or a personal ambition to quickly learn all about, digital health business


Client Marketing

  • Help lead and oversee planning and executing SEO, content, social media and other marketing-related strategies
  • Oversee the production, management, editing, and distribution of client deliverables
  • Oversee the publishing and distribution stages of content production
  • Produce newsletters and social media content for clients
  • Embed fully with our retainer-clients’ marketing efforts
  • Assist on additional marketing projects

Client Management

  • Lead, schedule, and agenda-set client calls
  • Produce follow-up materials for client calls
  • Execute follow-up tasks for client calls
  • Inform the team on the health of the client relationship, and intelligence you gain on the client’s needs
  • Report directly to the head of accounts

Project Management

  • Manage multiple client Asana boards using a modified agile PM methodology
  • Keep the team on track and budget with retainers and projects
  • Produce sprint reports


  • Oversee all work completed by the sales support team
  • Conduct routine check-ins, assist in organizing, provide guidance/mentorship, and set goals with direct reports


  • Attend video-calls with team
  • Attend in-person meetings as needed
  • Stay up to date with b2b marketing and digital health topics
