Job Description
THIS ROLE IS AN ON-SITE POSITION LOCATED IN LAS VEGAS, NV.
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all functions of direct mail and email campaigns. Assists in coordination and maintenance of Player’s Club programs and corporate database. In the absence of the department manager, may also be responsible for supervising junior personnel.
- Create criteria, matrices, and coordinate with, the Database/Direct Mail Manager, to extract the appropriate lists of players for each direct mail piece.
- Coordinate and proof direct mail projects with printers to ensure accuracy and quality of projects.
- Upload offers for each direct mail project in the player tracking system.
- Handle any guest calls relating to direct mail and handle or escalate issues and problems as needed.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate and efficient database.
- Responsible for current, revised, or new direct mail submissions.
- Responsible for maintaining and implementation of the monthly campaign.
- Must ensure that the campaign is always completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain 100% compliance with the direct mail checklist.
- Work with appropriate management to evaluate, implement, and monitor direct mail, email, and broadcast campaigns
- Maintain the direct mail budget.
- Analyze programs/processes and make recommendations for improvement of their timeliness, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Work with data models, identify and utilize reporting tools, and aid in the development of solutions and decisions on managing and evolving the database marketing function.
- In the absence of the department manager, may be called on to supervise junior personnel.
- Miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years casino database marketing/direct mail experience preferred.
- Knowledge of database marketing and direct marketing techniques.
- Strong grasp of database/direct mail program design, production, and fulfillment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Access and all property CMS functions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organized and detail oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain active gaming certifications/licenses if necessary
