The Cosmetologist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining spa standards throughout all procedures. In addition, appointments will occur at reserved times with no delay. The Cosmetologist will maintain the cleanliness of the salon areas (hair stations) and prep rooms in a professional manner at all times and follow all established protocols and checklists to enhance the operation and guest experience.

· Must possess a current valid state/ county cosmetology license recognized by the local governing board.

· Successfully completed cosmetology training at a recognized cosmetology/ nail technician school.

· At least one year experience in an upscale spa operation.

· Ability to remain calm and organized in busy environment.

· High school level reading, writing and mathematical skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Must be able to work flexible hours.
