As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by taking beverage orders, preparing and serving cocktails, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering menus and taking beverage orders promptly
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and beverage offerings
• Carry and balance full trays of beverages while navigating through the dining area efficiently
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions with care
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and other staff to provide seamless service
• Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor service regulations
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role (preferred)
• Must at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Stamina to work on feet for extended periods
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
