Job Description

Assist in the responsibilities of the day to day activities of the table games operations. Maintains visual presence of the gaming table to ensure gaming protection.  

Job Duties 

Supervises and directs the daily activities for an assigned Table Games area which may include assuring accurate ratings or settling disputes that may arise at the gaming table between a customer and dealer. Maintains visual presence on the floor. Engages staff in the integration of Company culture, purpose and values.  Ensures customer service. Enforces action against individuals caught cheating and adherence to company policies and procedures. Monitors employee activities to ensure quality and compliance with established standards.  Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.  Responds to customer issues and elevates to management as needed.  This position may also act as a Boxperson in Craps per approved Valley Forge Casino Resort’s Internal Control section 465a.35(a)(3), during which they will not count toward the number of Floor Supervisors Table Games required under Valley Forge Casino Resort’s Infernal Control section 465a.35(c). Assists in the training of Table Games employees.  Other duties as required. 

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of previous work experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with table games concepts, practices and procedures. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.  Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
