Job Description

We are looking for a candidate that has a solid food and beverage background with strong emphasis on policies and procedures.  Opening experience is a big plus.
This individual must create a positive working environment, monitor sales and adjust controllable expenses accordingly, while maintaining operations with a vision to create an inspiring environment that brings people together. This individual will ensure the bar and lounge success as well as guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the hotel's financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will need to quickly set expectations for all involved. Ensure each and every food and beverage team member is engaged to excel in their roles and continuously improve to exceed expectations of the guests.

Requirements:


Prior Bar Management experience required with a hands-on management style. 

Boutique hotel experience also a plus.  

 Successfully working with diverse audiences and excellent communications skills are also sought. This position requires experience in all phases of food and beverage / bar management, including sales and marketing, mixology, food preparation and service.
