E-commerce Product Agent Full-Time/Part-Time

Product Listings

• Writing, Reviewing, and Translating Product Listings: Write and translate product descriptions in both French and English using accessible AI tools, while adhering to writing standards.

• Web Merchandising: Daily placement of new products aesthetically on the website and frequent adjustments to the site’s visual layout to maintain an attractive presentation.

• Product Categorization Optimization: Improve product organization, site navigation, and search functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.

• Product Measurements: Take measurements of products to ensure accurate descriptions in product listings.

• Task Planning and Tracking: Plan the release schedule for new items and organize tasks to meet deadlines, primarily using the Airtable tool.

Versatile Role (Support for Other Departments)

• Update stock, assist with product reception, identify stock-outs, and record new products.

• Process and pack orders, label packages, and inspect products before shipment.

• Inspect returned products, adjust inventory, and process refunds or exchanges.

• Perform other tasks as trained and required.

Minimum Requirements for the Position:

• 1 year of experience in web merchandising, product listings, fashion or relevant experience for the role.

• Strong interest in design and fashion.

• Computer skills; knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

• Available to work in-person a minimum of 3 days per week (availability on Saturdays or Sundays is a plus).

• Bilingual, both oral and written.

• Minimum of a college diploma or equivalent.

• A keen sense of aesthetics.
