Founded in 2009, Boutique 1861 is a fast-growing Quebec-based company specialized in women's apperel with  four distinct brands : Boutique 1861, La Petite Garçonne, Boudoir 1861 and Maison Garçonne. The company has 4 stores on Saint-Laurent Street in Montreal (close to public transportation!), an online store and more than 75 passionate (and super friendly!) employees. If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a talented Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible experience every time. 

Customer service:

• Listen, understand and solve various customer queries through different communication channels: emails, phones, social media (Facebook and Instagram) and online instant messaging;
• Work in partnership with other departments in the online store to respond to customer service requests within a reasonable timeframe;
• Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including human resources policies and occupational health and safety procedures;
• Any other related duties.

Stylist in store:

• Greet and serve customers in a personalized approach and make them live the 1861 experience; 
• Provide advice to clients according to their personal inclination and create a privileged relationship with customers; 
• Complete all transactions at the cash and Ensure the daily restock of the store and various daily tasks; 
• Work in partnership with your colleagues; 
• Be an ambassador of Boutique 1861

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably in customer service (fashion retail, an asset);
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of priorities;
• Bilingualism, oral and written.
• Passionate about fashion and interpersonal skills; 
• A positive person who knows how to manage priorities and work independently
