As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible experience every time. 

• Listen, understand and solve various customer queries through different communication channels: emails, phones, social media (Facebook and Instagram) and online instant messaging;
• Work in partnership with other departments in the online store to respond to customer service requests within a reasonable timeframe;
• Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including human resources policies and occupational health and safety procedures;
• Any other related duties.

• Minimum of a college diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably in customer service;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of priorities;
• Bilingualism, oral and written.
• Bilinguism (English/French) is essential because you will regularly work with clients across Canada
