Job Description

We are currently looking for full-time candidates (Friday to Tuesday)

Under the supervision of the Client Service Coordinator, the Client Service Agent must listen, understand and answer all client requests from the different channels of communication for the 1861 online store.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Listen, understand and answer client requests from the different channels of communication: social media, email, phone and online chat;
  • Solve various problems related to online orders;
  • Follow up with Canada Post and UPS for delivery issues;
  • Follow up with the online departments and clients when an issue arises;
  • Provide support to stores for complex client service matters;
  • Track suspected fraud orders and manage charge backs;
  • Act as a community manager for our social media pages;
  • Verify and approve incoming return request.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience;
  • Basic computer skills; 
  • Bilingualism, verbal and written;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Sense of initiative;
  • Excellent ability to manage priorities;
  • Great ability to work independently.
