Job description:
My Client has Sales Force application projects as the base foundation layer for software development. My Client needs to provide day to day support for Salesforce projects that are in-flight and in production.
This positing is seeking a Certified Salesforce Administrator to be on the Client Enterprise CoE (Center of Excellence) managing multiple orgs.
My Client has implemented a Center for Excellence for Sales Force applications. The CoE needs a to provide day to day support, Salesforce maintenance and release management, and minor configuration changes. Knowledge with Salesforce as admin, and knowledge of 3rd party app exchange products is needed. This support role will work closely with the Salesforce release management support and the ALM tool which is eFTS Visual Studio On-line By Microsoft/Team Foundation Server.
Sales Force Lighting experience is needed. This person must have experience in an Enterprise environment and have worked as an Sales Force Administrator with multiple organizations at the same time.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Knowledge of Ant scripts
- Knowledge of build automation tools (example eTFS, Jenkins etc.)
- Knowledge of salesforce projects and how they operates, iterate and release
- Experience with Salesforce orgs, environments (sandboxes) and 3rd party app exchange partners (common ones)
- Writing deployment of Salesforce configuration changes.
- Maintaining the Salesforce Demand Intake Process and tool for CoE
- Manage Dashboard reporting, in Salesforce and in SharePoint/Changepoint
