Job Description
- ·Business development tasks including approaching new clients and presenting our technological solutions through demos
- ·Approach new clients and present and demo our technological solutions. Our targeted clients: hotels , restaurants, nursing homes, hospitals, schools
- ·Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- ·Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- ·Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- ·Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- ·Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and continuously improve business development/sales flow through feedback
- ·Analyze customer needs, industry trends, sales status, competitor activities and new potentials
- Recruit and supervise junior sales employees to achieve team performance
Qualifications
- Prior work experience within the hotel industry is considered s a plus (direct connection with hotel owners preferred)
- 2-5 year's experience as a Business Development or Account Executive
- Excellent communication and group work skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Diligent and hard-working through critical challenges
