Are you a DevOps Engineer that is looking to take on a leadership role?  If so we would like to speak to you. We are currently seeking a DevOps Lead to provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all corporate technology initiatives. This position requires IT management expertise and the ability to direct the company’s Operations and DevOps groups to ensure a high level of performance and support.

• Direct and execute DevOps to design, develop and build IT solutions
• Improve and optimize company efficiency through process improvement and automation
• Work closely with department, management, external vendors, and advisors
• Oversee and manage multiple technical projects to support the company’s organizational goals
• Manage code releases in all environments
• Partner with key business functions to determine business requirements
• Assist with best practices within our IT team (systems administration,  cyber security, and networking)
• Improve and optimize company efficiency through process improvement and automation
• Develop requirements and procedures for implementing routine maintenance
• Evaluate and recommend solutions for enhancing performance and assist with modifications

• BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Software Development disciplines
• Four or more years of relevant experience, including managing teams
• Experience with Linux and Postgres
• Experience with web-based systems, git & data warehousing tools
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or Java
• Exposure to one or more of the following a plus:
  • Business Intelligence: Pentaho, Pentaho Data Integration
  • CRM: Salesforce
  • Project/Task Management: Jira Software
  • Project Portfolio Management: CA PPM
  • Communication: Zimbra and Asterisk
• Excellent and proven time management, risk management, and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• US Person due to government contractual obligations
• Preference given to local candidates
