We are currently seeking an Information Technology Business Analyst  to support the development, and integration of IT solutions internally.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Aligning internal IT solutions with business requirements
• Lead research and requirements gathering for IT solutions
• Developing IT solutions via configuration, scripting and customization

Successful candidates must have demonstrated capabilities in the following:

• Degree in Database Management or Computer Systems discipline
• 1-4 years experience of database management
• Working knowledge of Windows
• Working knowledge of Postgres and MySQL databases
• Experience with web-based systems

Exposure to one or more of the following a plus:

• Business Intelligence: Pentaho
• Any ETL tool
• CRM: Salesforce
• PLM: Windchill
• Scripting experience: Bash, Python, VB, or PHP
• Operating System:  Linux
• Programming: Java and JSP.

Other capabilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Driven to excel with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Understand & practice job role in our quality management system as trained
• US Person due to government contractual requirements
