Boston Engineering is looking to hire Vuforia Consultants to support our growing Product Development Systems Services group.  These roles are key to enabling the development of our customer's smart connected products and operations. Our team is growing at all levels from experienced AR Solution Architects to entry level AR developers.

You're joining a growing team with proven success. In 2018 Boston Engineering become a PTC Platinum Solution Partner for Internet of Things (IoT) ThingWorx Solutions, Vuforia (AR) Solutions, and Windchill PLM Solutions.  We partner with product design organizations in industries including Medical, Consumer, and Defense to bring their smart connected products to market. 

Here are the things we feel you'll need to succeed.

We don't care about your exact level of completed education, but you need to be able demonstrate the ability to develop AR solutions for both smart connected products and smart connect operations.

Application Development Process: You must have a passion for solid application development following common best practices.

AR Platform:  You'll need to leverage the PTC Vuforia AR platform including Vuforia Engine, Vuforia Studio, and Vuforia Chalk.

Technical 3D Animations:  You'll leverage existing 3D CAD geometry to create 3D animations in Creo Illustrate, which will then be viewed in AR via Vuforia.

3D CAD Design Fundamentals: A basic knowledge of 3D mechanical CAD design, such as with Creo Parametric, will provide a solid foundation for the creation of stunning AR experiences.    

US Citizen or permanent resident:  You must be able to work on ITAR projects and obtain a security clearance if needed.

Problem Solve:  We're the grease between technology and real world product design business challenges.  Unique challenges are raised every day and we need your problem solving skills to bring success to our customers.
