Job Description
Director Hotel Operations Position requires extensive national travel. Pay range $90,000 to $110.000. Full services hotel experience preferable.
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Field Operations Director to oversee and support multiple hospitality and hotel establishments across the country. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operations across locations, maintain high service standards, and drive profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Director Hotel Operations job Duties
- Oversee operational efficiency across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct site visits to assess operational effectiveness, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Has ownership of several systems and processes
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability for various locations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Lead and mentor staff across different locations, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring professional development.
- Interfaces with guests and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Director of Hotel Operations
- Multi-site management experience.
- Experience managing Hotel Front Office, Housekeeping, Facilities and Food and Beverage
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
