Job Description

Working Hotel Sous Chef pay to $75,000 Annualized. 3 Week Rotations.  Best For Someone In Between Jobs. Come Work for us!  Position is 100% Travel. We pay for Flights, Include Meals and Hotel Room. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Kitchen Management:

    • Help the Executive Chef with menu planning and recipe development.
    • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient execution of tasks.
    • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in the kitchen.
    • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and controlling food costs.
  2. Supervise and Lead Kitchen Staff:

    • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
    • Train new staff in cooking techniques, safety standards, and kitchen protocols.
    • Organize daily kitchen operations and delegate tasks effectively.
  3. Food Preparation and Cooking:

    • Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in presentation and taste.
    • Assist in cooking and prepping during busy times, taking on leadership roles as needed.
    • Ensure all food is cooked according to the highest standards and within food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 2 Years Sous Chef Experience. 
  • Full Service Hotel Experience
  • Must be able to travel
