Hotel Housekeeping Manager Job Duties Include:
 

• Leads Hotel Housekeeping Team.
• Runs room reports and keeps system up to date.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure that all cleaning and upkeep are completed to established standards
• Assist in cleaning hotel rooms, hallways, and employee and storage areas in the hotel, as directed
• As directed, maintain proper documentation of all duties accomplished during the work shift
• Report all safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling
• Greet and assist guests with questions or problems to resolve situations, ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining service within policy guidelines
• Inspect rooms, prioritize and distribute the workload
