Job Description

Relocation to Monroe Vermont. Pay to $75K plus benefits. Seeking experienced Chef to head up culinary operations. Must be hands on. Relo Money Available to Vermont. Small upscale restaurant experience. Less than 60 seats. 

job Duties Include:

  • Oversee culinary operations
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Resort menu
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Manage kitchen staff
  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate costs (labor, food etc)
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
  • Successfully manage a P&L

 

Qualifications

  • 2 Years As Sous Chef or Executive Chef 
  • Culinary school preferred
