Job Description
Pay to $75K plus benefits. Seeking experienced Chef to head up culinary operations. Must be hands on. Relo Money Available. Small upscale restaurant experience. Less than 60 seats.
job Duties Include:
- Oversee culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Resort menu
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Manage kitchen staff
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate costs (labor, food etc)
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
- Successfully manage a P&L
Qualifications
- 2 Years As Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- Culinary school preferred
