Job Description

Pay to $75K plus benefits. Seeking experienced Chef to head up culinary operations. Must be hands on. Relo Money Available. Small upscale restaurant experience. Less than 60 seats. 

job Duties Include:

  • Oversee culinary operations
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Resort menu
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Manage kitchen staff
  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate costs (labor, food etc)
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
  • Successfully manage a P&L

 

Qualifications

  • 2 Years As Sous Chef or Executive Chef 
  • Culinary school preferred
