• Leads, motivates and inspires a team of over 40 employees to include skilled trades and retail and call center sales.
• Drives YOY increases in sales to residential customers.
• Ensures all employees are crossed trained to sell.
• Creates business unit budget annual budget to include sales and labor forecasts and marketing spend.
• Ensures all staff greet residential customers with a smile and warm greeting.
• Drives customer satisfaction and incremental sales from Residential customers.
• Creates and implements annual business plan including to include objectives and goals.
• Analyzes data to include technician response time.  
• Develops and implements operational policies for the business unit.
• Other Vice President of Operations responsibilities.

• Five years of Director or VP of Operations experience.
• Vice President of Operations preferred. 
• Experience managing skilled trades. 
• Experience driving millions in retail sales or residential sales. 
• Inspirational leader that leads with courage.
• Must know MS Excel.
• Past experience of leading a team of more than 30 employees.
