Job in Las Vegas, NV.  Pay up to $180K DOE Plus Bonus Up To 100%. 50% Travel across West Coast. Must Have Multi Unit experience or Regional experience. 

Must have business acumen, inspirational leader, outstanding computer skills and budgeting experience of $200M in sales. See job responsibilities below. Heavy Equipment, Construction or Residential Repairs experience helpful. 

• Leads, motivates and inspires a team of over 5 direct reports and 300 indirect reports to include skilled trades and retail and call center staff.
• Drives YOY increases in sales to residential customers across several states.
• Creates a sales driven, operationally efficient customer focused culture.
• Creates business unit budgets and annual budget to include sales and labor forecasts and marketing spend.
• Drives customer satisfaction and incremental sales from Residential customers.
• Creates and implements annual business plan including to include objectives and goals.
• Analyzes data to include technician response time.  
• Develops and implements operational policies for the business unit.
• Other Vice President of Operations responsibilities as assigned.

• Three years of VP of Operations experience.
• Experience managing skilled trades or heavy equipment. 
• Vice President of Operations preferred. 
• Change management process knowledge. 
• Experience driving millions in sales.
• Inspirational leader that leads with courage.
• Must know MS Excel.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Past experience of leading a team of more than 300 employees.
