We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work with various datasets, systems, and stakeholders to transform data into clear insights and actionable reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, systems, and solving problems through structured thinking.

Your Profile

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting tools (Excel; BI tools)
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and tell a story through visuals and presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills—able to engage with stakeholders and understand business needs
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive with a willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Translate data into clear insights and presentations for stakeholders
• Support improvements in data quality, reporting, and processes
