Make your mark as an Equipment and Calibration Technician at Gardline!
As part of our expansion, we’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic technicians to join our busy team here in Great Yarmouth.
This is an important role in the management and calibration of laboratory equipment offering you the opportunity to build your knowledge and experience in our busy laboratory environment.
This position is based at our head office in Great Yarmouth therefore you must hold the right to work in the UK and be located in the local area.
Your responsibilities
- Perform calibrations and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Maintain accurate and up to date records for all equipment
- Action vessel requisitions and arrange freight of both equipment and consumables for offshore testing
- Liaise with our suppliers to purchase new equipment and arrange external calibrations
Qualifications
You can make your mark as an Equipment and Calibration Technician if you have:
- Ability to become familiar with calibration procedures to various standards
- Skills in organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks based on deadlines
- A basic understanding on Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a laboratory environment (Desirable)
- A good command of written and spoken English

- Fulltime job: The position of laboratory equipment and calibration technician is fulltime working 37.5 hours a week.
