Make your mark as a Global Mobility Tax Coordinator at Boskalis! Working as a Global Mobility Tax Coordinator means working in an international, dynamic, and innovative environment. As a Global Mobility Tax Coordinator you support our population of international transferees and crewmembers with US tax processes. You will collaborate with colleagues from many other functions to ensure that employees from anywhere in the world are able to work in the US in an effective and compliant way.
Position:
- Based in Providence Rhode Island
- Reporting to the Global Employment Manager
- Travel on an ad-hoc basis to The Netherlands.
- The position is a fulltime, on-site job (40 hours a week).
Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the Boskalis US PIT (Personal Income Tax) policy
- Participate in meetings to understand Boskalis offshore energy project status
- Analyze Personal Income Tax database and research root cause of data discrepancies
- Gather worldwide compensation information for semi-weekly US shadow payroll process
- Prepare basic US tax forms
- Provide assistance to prepare assignment letters
- Maintain and update records in PIT database
- File documents in shared workspace
- Maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive personal information.
- Participate in other projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years business experience or equivalent work experience;
- Expert level Excel and data management skills;
- Able to build relationships and be a teamplayer;
- International business experience and cultural awareness preferred;
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

- The pay range for this position is $62,500 - $101,875. This pay range represents the minimum and maximum for this position. The actual wage offered will vary depending on candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

- Your team: You will be part of our Providence office which currently houses 14 additional employees but growing rapidly. You will report to the Global Employment Manager.
- Where you will work: You will be working at the office in Providence. In consultation with your manager 1 or 2 days working from home is open for discussion.
- Full-time job: The position of function is a full-time (40 hours a week) job.
