Make your mark as a Crewing Officer at Horizon Geosciences! As a Crewing Officer, you will assist the Crewing Manager to carry out day to day activities related to the recruitment and development of Marine Crews.

Your responsibilities as a Crewing Officer

• Maintain accurate crew documents updated crew list.
• Administration of the Crewing Database.
• Ensuring documentation is accurate, valid and legal.
• Prepare monthly Crew Salaries for presentation to Senior Management approval.
• Discuss Crewing Requirements with Crewing Agencies.
• Prepare Crewing Forecasts by Ranks ready for discussion with Crewing Manager and Senior Managers.
• Ensuring all Crewing Documentation are valid (STCW Certs, Medicals, Passports, Seaman’s Book, etc.)
• Ensure sign on, sign off Crew Visa, Ticket OKTB, and all travel requirements are prepared and valid.
• Prepare and send our Crew contracts for signing.

You can make your mark as a Crewing Officer if you have:

• Highschool or equivalent education.
• Computer literate and familiar with the MS Suite.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Vessel Management and how these impacts on Crewing.
• Demonstrate capability to organize and operate the Crewing Database.

• Where you will work: You will be working in our office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of Crewing Officer is a full-time job.
