Make your mark as a HR Administrator at Horizon Geosciences!
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HR support duties including the maintenance of HR data, employee records, and personnel files.
Your responsibilities as a HR Administrator
- Managing employee performance appraisal.
- Managing training plans and records.
- Managing employee leave records.
- Monitor employee attendance and preparing monthly reports.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department.
Your qualities and experience
You can make your mark as HR Administrator if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR
- Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
