Job Description
- As a Growth Marketing and Lead generation specialist (f/m/div.), you will be the primary owner of our lead generation goals and the MQL-to-SQL conversion rate.
- Your main task will be to identify high-intent channels where our Ideal Customer Profile is active and to develop targeted ad campaigns.
- You will craft compelling lead magnets, manage lead capture forms, and oversee the top-of-funnel marketing tool stack.
- A crucial part of your role involves initial lead qualification and defining scoring criteria to ensure a smooth handover of MQLs to sales.
- You will also continuously monitor campaign performance and website analytics, conducting A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
- Finally, you will act as the "voice of the market," sharing insights from prospect interactions with product and sales teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: university degree in Marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Personality and Working Pratice: High degree of self-motivation and initiative; a "get things done" attitude, comfortable experimenting and finding creative solutions without a large budget; solution-oriented, curious, and thrives on experimentation and learning; highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently. Resilience is key, comfortable with failure as part of the testing process; willing to pivot strategies quickly
- Experience and Knowledge: minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience; Proven hands-on knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, Social Media Ads, Content Marketing), data-driven mindset, understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnel (MQLs vs. SQLs), excellent written communication (ads, emails, landing pages), critical thinking (analyzing campaign results)
- Languages: fluent English and German
- Travel: This role requires participation in events/fairs/customer-meetings and therefore requires travel up to 20%
