Job Description
The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) provides the aftermarket and repair shops worldwide with modern diagnostic and repair shop equipment and a wide range of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. About 16,000 associates, as well as a global logistics network, ensure that spare parts reach customers quickly and on time. MA supplies testing and repair-shop technology, diagnostic software, service training, and information services. In addition, the division is responsible for the “Bosch Car Service” repair-shop franchise, one of the world’s largest independent chains of repair-shops.
The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarters of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division for over 40 years.
- In this role you will be responsible for defining and establishing binding governance rules for the introduction and management of customer relationships, as well as for the administration of our customer master data.
- Leading 'First Time Right Golden Record' initiatives will be one of your core tasks, where you will actively drive and ensure knowledge transfer.
- You will also represent our department to the main governance committee, coordinating activities and ensuring a cooperative relationship.
- Furthermore, you will also be responsible for safeguarding the integrity of our customer master data by reviewing and approving all change requests from projects and daily business operations.
- Last, but not least, you will build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including the internal customer master data governance team and relevant subject matter experts.
Qualifications
- Education: completed bachelor's degree
- Experience and Knowledge: proven experience in designing customer phase-in/-out processes and concepts; in-depth knowledge of customer master data management and its application in ERP systems; experience working with international teams
- Personality and Working Practice: You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and bring an open mindset that makes you a valuable team member
- Languages: business fluent in English
