• Guide SE Team associates with respect to whole BU eAxle activities e.g. design, process, industrialization and purchasing experts within SE-team, platform / and projects. No disciplinary leading of associates (leading by content). Strong network in the functional and organizational units.
• Governance role design-process-machine-purchasing within Business Unit EA for SE-Teams Integration eMachine, transmission, actuation and integration electronics. Governance function to ensure design to line concepts, building sets, design features to reach primary target costs in platform and customer application
• EM wide communication / knowledge exchange of active parts incl. building set’s (e.g. standards, borders, roadmaps,…) throughout the whole worldwide organization IPN & IDN (stakeholder, e.g. BV, BU, -ENG's, -PRM’s). Support BU’s with internal and external customers to promote the active parts solutions (e.g. building set’s).
• Close collaboration with lead market China (UAES) focusing on Duopole, collaborative SE Team work with UAES and TcP, development on common eAxle assembly standards, exchange and rollout of worldwide activities, e.g. India, EU, NA
• Shaping future (fit for future) incl. involvement in Push-Pull. Pre-development of common crosssectional tasks that are required for several customer Projects (e.g. TQ method) – categories X+1 and X+2 -- focus on initiative "2030+"

• University degree
• Professional experience in platform projects and the Drive Center (working model MP205/206)
• Experience and expertise in platform projects, experience with the Drive Center working model
• Good overview of all EM eAxle projects (design/processes/ manufacturing)
• Extended experience within project lead skills (Work Break Down Structure, milestones, tasks, escalation, PEP  projects, TNB activites, communication,...). Leading team members by content, strong orchestrate skills.
• Experience in communication through all levels like BV's, GP's
• Experience in manufacturing and engineering, Drive Center background out of industrialization
• Experience in handling topics, issues and people from foreign country
• Good communication skills
