• In this position, you act as a strategic business partner for the heads of the 2WP domains and support them in achieving their business objectives.
• For new projects and initiatives, you conduct detailed business case evaluations and develop well-founded decision-making bases.
• You independently take responsibility for the GM1 analysis, including PPC checks and their follow-up, in order to continuously optimize profitability.
• Additionally, you support the creation and further development of business and business development planning and actively contribute.
• For specific customer projects, you take over EBIT tracking and prepare precise reports on financial performance.
• Last but not least, you advise on acquisition processes, conduct in-depth economic analyses and ad hoc evaluations based on the requirements of the domains, and work closely with our international regions (IN, EU, US, JP, CN, ASEAN), the 2WP HQ in Japan, as well as partner business areas (primarily PS, XC).

• Education: completed university studies in Business Administration or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in controlling functions; sound knowledge of controlling topics; ideally experience in controlling plants, business units, and/or divisions
• Personality and Working Practice: you enjoy working collaboratively and constructively in a team; you bring a strong international mindset and proactively drive topics forward
• Work Routine: willingness to undertake occasional business travel
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
