Job Description
- In this position, you will define and align the group strategy with departmental and MA division goals, considering task scope and priorities. You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), drive process optimization and continuous improvement, contribute to business development and organizational projects, and regularly report achievements and plans to senior management.
- As part of your role, you analyze stakeholder needs and expectations to ensure alignment of group goals and strategies with departmental objectives. You manage stakeholder relationships to foster understanding, cooperation, and support for group activities and initiatives.
- With a strong strategic mindset, you create and develop new services based on stakeholder needs, process and activity analysis, and market trends. You define service strategies and implementation plans, coordinating with internal groups to ensure successful development and rollout.
- As a team leader, you support members in setting priorities and resolving conflicts, monitor and enhance employee competencies, coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, and foster professional growth through mentoring, motivation, and career development initiatives.
- In this capacity, you assess capacity utilization, optimize activities, set annual goals for employees, and evaluate performance. You take appropriate actions in cases of non-compliance with labor law, collective agreements, or company policies to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Finally, you contribute flexibly to the department’s and organization’s overall success by performing other tasks as assigned by the employer.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university studies in a faculty of Information Technologies, Technical Sciences, Economics, Management or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of business excellence or IT experience; several years of team management experience; work experience in the automotive industry is an advantage; strong competence in business and digitalization; understanding of IT tools and technologies; proven leadership experience; goal-setting and monitoring abilities; strong negotiation skills; ability to manage complexity.
- Personality and Working Practice: you will integrate specialist knowledge in a targeted manner, promote cooperation and use perspectives for effective solutions; You are enthusiastic about innovations and approach changes with clarity and courage; you provide orientation for you team, enable co-creation, and make strengths and successes visible, you leave your
comfort zone consciously, make well-founded decisions and use challenges for sustainable learning - Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
