As a Customer Loyalty Team Lead for our Digital Identity Portfolio, you will own end-to-end responsibility for products that form the very backbone of Bosch’s digital ecosystem. Here, your strategic vision directly influences the daily interactions of countless users, driving innovation across diverse business units and brands.
- In your position, you take full accountability (PETa & BuTa) for your Customer Loyalty Team and its outcomes; you own end-to-end responsibility for digital identity products as the backbone of Bosch’s digital business, shaping the experience of millions of customers across business units and brands.
- In addition, you define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and financial targets for the Digital Identity portfolio, ensuring efficient resource utilization and value delivery; you establish these products as the single authentication and authorization standard across Bosch applications.
- Furthermore, you set performance and reliability standards aligned with industry benchmarks and internal SLAs, connect ABR/QBR goals to daily operations and the broader strategic objectives, and proactively prepare the organization for future demands, including AI-agent enablement.
- Also, you lead, mentor and develop a cross-functional team (including engineers, SREs, designers, and support roles), fostering continuous growth, ownership, and a high-performance, agile culture focused on innovation and improvement.
- Last but not least, you ensure strong collaboration and alignment with internal customers, partner teams, and senior stakeholders across Bosch.
Qualifications
- Education: a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent); an MBA or comparable qualification is a strong plus
- Experience and Knowledge: 5+ years in leadership roles with full end-to-end ownership of digital products and cross-functional teams, including strategy, development, operations, and support; deep expertise in the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) domain, spanning core technology (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), security, compliance, market dynamics, business models, and user experience; proven ability to lead effectively across international and culturally diverse teams
- Personality and Working Practice: you inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, effectively communicating complex ideas and building strong interpersonal relationships; collaborating effectively, you engage with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and senior management, to drive shared success; with a strong strategic and analytical mindset, you translate complex data into clear, actionable decisions; You define your division’s contribution to overall success, set ambitious goals, and use resources in a targeted manner; You attract diverse talents, combine performance with team cohesion, and use challenges as opportunities for development; your demonstrate your role model function in everyday actions

- Languages: business fluent in German and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical and strategic topics clearly and concisely
