With our Executive Fast Track Program in the mobility industry, you will pass through various commercial and technical stations in Germany and abroad. You will experience the complete range of technically complex products as well as challenging customer negotiations within the mobility industry. Whether you are interested in hardware, software or services, you can make full use of your negotiation skills in acquisition and project management. In addition you will become fully acquainted with the sales process and become a part of shaping topics such as product management, business development, market analysis or strategy development.

Personality: You are passionate about the topic of mobility and enjoy working with customers and partners. You enjoy inspiring other people. You see courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness as desirable attitudes.

Background: In addition to your master’s or diploma degree in engineering, (technical) business administration or comparable, which you completed with great success, you have a high technical affinity for customer solutions and the development of new business models.

Experience and know-how: You have relevant professional experience of 3-6 years within e.g. the mobility industry, consulting, start-ups or IT service providers as well as international experience of at least 3 months. Ideally, you have experience in leading teams, projects and business. In addition, you enjoy negotiating processes and are proficient in the German and English languages, which allows you to work in an international context.
