• In this position, you lead strategic consulting projects, guiding the BMC team and managing key stakeholders on the customer side.
• You identify consulting opportunities to address business challenges and enhance capabilities for long-term competitiveness and profitable growth.
• Furthermore, you define the scope of consulting projects in close collaboration with the responsible partner and the customer.
• You drive the overall analytical approach, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the Bosch Group.
• In addition, you critically assess data, derive key insights, and provide impactful, actionable recommendations to our internal clients.

• Education: Completed university studies engineering, business administration or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: Extensive professional experience with focus on supply chain and profound expertise in sales, logistics or purchasing; several years of management experience as leader of a department or as project lead; several years of consulting experience or as operational leader of a department
• Personality and Working Practice: You have proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly; You have entrepreneurial spirit and strong creativity to solve complex problems; Your have excellent communication skills and are a self motivatet teamplayer with a "can-do" attitude and customer orientation
• Languages: business fluent written and spoken English; and comprehensive skills in German is an advantage
